It is my pleasure to welcome you to the Edmund Burke Elementary School website where we are working toward academic excellence for all students.
I am excited that you are part of our community, and our school’s website is designed to provide you information about our students, and staff. This site will also provide updates on the school events, information on programs we have to offer, as well as give you a glimpse of some of the wonderful work we are doing.
Burke school is closing the achievement gap through the District’s priorities as well as through our school vision. We know that our students are highly talented and capable of doing great things. It is with this in mind that we plan effectively for instruction, support the social emotional wellness of our students, and constantly seek to improve our skills so that our students have the future they deserve.
Creating a culture of Care, Calm, Accountability and Consistency is how we move toward students reading their academic goals, as well as building character that will make them viable citizens in our city or any other that they may choose.
